First of all I’m over happy and proud of our 3 participants for what they already created in the kitchen 🙂
As had a busy day with dancing in a great show today in Berlin I couldn’t be so creative in the kitchen 😉
Before the show I had first a grapefruit detox breakfast and later a green smoothy with apple, banana, mango, kale and flax seeds which have me enough energy to dance!
Between the shows for extra energy I had a pear and mixed nuts with raisins to have fast power!
After the this show I had a vegetable Vietnamese soup with fresh herbs and now at home I made a raw food dish with zucchini, sweet potato, carrot, spring onions, walnuts, dried tomatoes, lemon and sea salt!
So this was detox and Bodystyle day 2 and as I had last week every day many hours dance training…
