It’s already day 5 but as it seemed that after all dancing training of the last weeks I needed another days break 😉 Even to write I was too tired! So here is belated day 4 !
Breakfast: green smoothy with apple, banana, mango, kale and flaxseeds
Lunch: rice with avocado and turmeric
Afternoon: raw carrot cake
Dinner: oven vegetables
Between: always nuts 🙂
Sport: 100 squats and 30 minutes pole fitness training
As I was also to tired to make pictures, here are a few of our 3 Berlin girls who are going till now really well through the 20 days Bodystyle Spring Detox!
