It’s already day 6 and here is what happened on day 5!!
After you found out in which products are hidden sugar, dairy or gluten, the detox is really easy going!
Another important rule: try to avoid processed food, because it’s full of bad stuff which you don’t wanna have in your body because it makes you sick and gain fat! The more whole foods you eat, the more your body gets used to healthy food and you’ll feel less like eating unhealthy sugary products!
Our 3 participants are doing really good with preparing healthy food and for this feeling also more to do some sports because the body has just more energy! 🙂
Here is what I ate:
Breakfast: green smoothy with apple, banana, mango and lamb’s lettuce
Second breakfast: Chia seeds with rice milk, forest fruits and almonds
Lunch: spice zucchini Thai salad with turmeric rice
