Already one week is done and it’s going really well till now!
We are really proud of our Berlin girls to make such a healthy living since one week 🙂
Actually it’s all so easy if you just know what to eat and what you should avoid! There is so many toxic food around, but there is also so many food which is good in so many ways! It helps you to don’t get ill so fast, can boost your immune system, concentration is better, your body will be stronger, your body will stay in good shape and and and… The list is long!
But one other important and great news for you: you don’t have to miss something! You still can eat sweet things! Just make sure they are made with the right ingredients! Like my raw raspberry poppy cake I had at Veganz 🙂
