As spring time really starts now, I started to go everywhere with the bicycle again to have a little extra sport and it really feels great!!
Another of my detox day’s highlights was a big self made raw banana mango cake! Accompanied by refreshening watermelon smoothies! Eating raw is actually really easy and if you also like bananas and mangos this cake will blow you away! 😉

The rest of my meals were like usual green smoothy, rice dish, avocado, nuts and salad 🙂 all without sugar, dairy or gluten! Easy as that 😉
For strong arms and flexibility I trained a bit on my pole and detox day 8 is done 🙂
