Today i want to share some advices how to eat healthy, sugar free, dairy free and gluten free when you are all day out!
I had today a shooting for a advertisement where we had to play a Pilates class! As we really did Pilates exercises of course we also had to eat 😉 actually there were a lot of things which were fitting into the detox diet like rice, fried vegetables, fruits and salad. I’m also working often as a police officer for the German criminal Hauptstadtrevier where the food really is great!
But what to do if the catering is not so detox friendly? 😉
