Start small – change won’t happen over night.
Replace doughnuts with fresh fruit – still fight with this one so I just don’t buy doughnuts.
Make exercise part of your daily routine – use the stairs, park further away, exercise while watching TV.
Make whole foods a regular part of your diet not processed foods that are so unhealthy.
Live a more active lifestyle.
Get more sleep.
Cut down on your stress.
It’s not rocket science – just good common sense.
