Indoor Exercise for Winter Workouts Post 12 10 14_Large

Why go out into the cold when you can complete your workout at home? Some days, the weather may not permit
you to exercise outdoors. So, instead take advantage of these indoor exercise options:
• Walk at an indoor mall
• Walk or jog on a treadmill
• Walk around your house
• Buy or rent an exercise video
• Dance to music in your living room
• Skip rope or do jumping jacks
• Walk up and down the stairs of your house

You can get a good workout just moving around your house! And when the weather improves, use that change in season to change up your workout program.
