In this video Feel Good Personal Trainers Dominic and Neil educate over 300 parents from schools in the Sevenoaks, Tunbridge Wells and Tonbridge areas.

We had a 20 minute time limit so there was nowhere near enough time to get all the information across that we would have liked to, However the main points we aimed to get across were how to ensure you and your family can fuel yourselves correctly throughout the day without putting on any excess weight. In these short 20 minutes we cover;

  • The health problems associated with being both underweight and overweight

  • Why we are seeing this rapid rise in obesity levels

  • The hidden sugars in well known cereals and drinks

  • What we should be eating for breakfast and why

  • What we should be eating for lunch and why

  • What we should be eating for dinner and why

  • And how we can combat these weight issues…
